Creative Journaling: a Self-care Practice

In our busy world, creative journaling provides a much needed time out through a gentle process of self-support and growth.

Enjoy some time having fun and learning easy creative techniques that open the way for self-awareness and acceptance.

Creative journaling is a process of tuning into yourself; asking questions and listening for the answers. It’s paying attention to your body and noticing what you’re holding, what you’re experiencing and then expressing that using simple, everyday art materials.  It’s a way of tapping into your internal world and your intuition. Granting yourself the permission and space to be authentic without fear of judgement.

This is a two-hour foundational class where we will explore different methods of self-reflection and expression and learn how to implement a creative self-care practice into our everyday life. When you’re more aware of what’s happening for you, then you’re more able to a make choices and decisions around what is going to best support you. That’s what this workshop is all about!

No art/writing skills or experience are necessary – all you need is curiousity!
