I work with women and men (over the age of 18).

60 min counselling appointment                $130  (face to face or online)

90 min individual self-care session             $180

Payment can be made by cash or cheque at the time of appointment or electronically (preferably prior to the appointment).

My counselling practice is conveniently located in Dee Why, close to bus stops with on site parking.

I do not require a referral.

(Please note: if you are using the Medicare Rebate Scheme, you will need a referral from your GP and will need to see a Registered Psychologist or Social Worker).

The first counselling session gives you the opportunity to decide whether you think I am the right therapist for you! We will begin to look at what your concerns are, what your hopes are for counselling and how we can work together to meet your goals.

This varies with each individual, depending on the issues you are struggling with and the depth of work you wish to do.

If you are unable to attend your appointment and inform me prior to the day, no fee will be charged. Unfortunately, the full session fee will be charged for same day cancellations.
